Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the power tool you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the tool in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, batteries, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the tool's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
